Hi, I’m Suri - Your Partner in Recovery

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and an experienced eating disorder recovery coach dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, body, and self. With dual degrees in Psychology and Nutrition, I bring a holistic, evidence-based approach to my work to provide compassionate, individualized support.

I specialize in meal support and recovery coaching for those navigating disordered eating, negative body image, and self-esteem challenges. My practice is HAES-aligned and rooted in the belief that all bodies deserve respect, nourishment, and care—free from diet culture and harmful societal expectations.

My Approach

Trauma-Informed & Weight-Inclusive – I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with self-compassion.

All-Foods-Fit Philosophy – No restrictive rules, no guilt—just learning to trust your body and find joy in eating again.

Personalized & Practical – Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. I work with you to develop skills, coping tools, and sustainable habits that fit your unique journey.

Why I do this Work

I started the Nourish and Heal collective to bridge a gap I saw in the current ED treatment model. For many people, traditional therapy and nutrition counseling isn’t enough to truly reach recovery goals. Recovery doesn’t always happen in a therapy office or treatment facility. It happens at the dinner table, in the grocery store, in dressing rooms, at birthday parties, and on holidays. In the quiet moments when urges feel loud. Nourish and Heal meets you where you are and connects the dots between insight and action.

Let’s Work Together

Whether you’re stepping down from higher levels of care, looking to add more support to your existing treatment plan, or are just beginning your recovery journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to do this alone.
